Nine years ago, we started the first TF Mock Interview Workshop in South Carolina. 25 students from across the state came to practice their writing and interview skills. Each year it's grown and grown, and we've gotten better and better at preparing future Teaching Fellows to be theirbest selves on Interview Day. Each year, we schedule our Mock Interview exactly two weeks before the official Interview Day. We have found that it gives you the appropriate amount of time to digest our feedback and to continue to improve your presentation. Our goal is to make sure you are the best you can be on Interview Day. We want you to be a Teaching Fellow and to make a difference in the lives of South Carolina's children. Whether or not you pick Lander doesn't matter. We're here to help you, no matter where you end up!

Be flexible and invite feedback. We're here to help you get better. We're going to share with you the strengths we see in your interview and writing skills, as well as your areas for improvement. We want you to leave here, knowing what you can count on and what need to work on.
Prepare some questions to ask the Teaching Fellows about the interview process!
